Z ogromną przyjemnością informujemy, że w tegorocznej edycji akcji „Warszawa od kuchni” restauracja aleje3 zdobyła Złoty Widelec – nagrodę dla najlepszych warszawskich lokali gastronomicznych, mogących być wizytówką stolicy dla turystów.

Celem akcji, zorganizowanej przez Warszawską Izbę Przedsiębiorców już po raz trzeci, w tym roku we współpracy z Klubem Integracji Europejskiej, było wskazanie miejsc, które wypada odwiedzić, aby naprawdę posmakować Warszawy. Swym patronatem akcję objęli zgodnie prezydent miasta Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz i marszałek województwa Adam Struzik. W założeniach konkursu położono nacisk na promowanie specyficznej warszawskiej kuchni.

A oto uzasadnienie werdyktu:

The restaurant offers a combination of culture, art. and cuisine, expressed in every detail – friendly atmposhere, delicious cuisine and modern decor, precisly executed” – I found this sentence on the restaurant’s wed page and I can confirm it 100%. A beutifull building of the museum, beutifull and well executed restaurant decor and very high standard of the cuisine. A short menu but offering a very interesting selection. Delicate liver pate with lemon jelly and caramelized red onion is a fiest for the palate. Prawns in white wine, coriander and garlic, a seemingly well known dish but here executed masterfully. I would even state, the best prawns in town. Salads beutifully presented, mini romaine lettuce in the Ceasar salad appeal to me. I completely lost my mind for the mushroom and white cheeseTortellacci, the presentation and taste of the dish koncks you of your feet, bravo. Off course I neede to taste the steak tartar. It did not dissapoint, chopped by hand, served with quail egg, salad and roasted potatoes. The desserts confirmed my belive in the the culinary ability of this place. The service very capable, knowledgably of the menu. Considering the quality of the place and cuisne, prices very reasonable.
