A beutifull building of the museum, beutifull and well executed restaurant decor and very high standard of the cuisine. A short menu but offering a very interesting selection. Delicate liver pate with lemon jelly and caramelized red onion is a fiest for the palate. Prawns in white wine, coriander and garlic, a seemingly well known dish but here executed masterfully. I would even state, the best prawns in town. Salads beutifully presented, mini romaine lettuce in the Ceasar salad appeal to me. I completely lost my mind for the mushroom and white cheeseTortellacci, the presentation and taste of the dish koncks you of your feet, bravo. Off course I neede to taste the steak tartar. It did not dissapoint, chopped by hand, served with quail egg, salad and roasted potatoes. The desserts confirmed my belive in the the culinary ability of this place.
